hey

weve had an employee buy a lexmark x6575, im wondering if this model is compataible with Terminal server, He has installed it at home and he is able to print locally but hes not able to print when hes on  terminal. If it is compataible is there a certain way you have to go about installing the printer?????

Hello ict-torquilclark,

Terminal Services add Printer Drivers

1. Download and Extract the Printer drivers to a folder on the TS Server.
2. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Printers and Fax's
3. File > Server Properties.
4. Printers > Add

Follow onscreen prompts

Log off the client and log back on again (NB it can take a few seconds to map the printer properly be patient.)

Regards,
