SQL LogShipping Monitor Error but db's are getting sync'd up

I am using sql2000 enterprise wizard log shipping, it is backing up and on the other side its being restored every 15 minutes. However, when i look at the Log Shipping Monitor status it says that "Backup not occuring", any ideas....

yes, i am monitoring some tables and they are getting updated every 15 minutes....

it was Permission issue, problem is fixed
