Unable to log in to Symantec Endpoint Protection MR3 after upgrade

I am have Symantec Endpoint Protection MR3 (Service Pack3). I upgraded from Symantec Endpoint Protection MR2 (Service Pack2) to Symantec Endpoint Protection MR3 (Service Pack3) it said everything is OK after and went to the consol, but noe when I try and log in it says that the database (inbeded) is not syncronized and I must run a upgrade. Itry and run it again but it says it"unable to copy installation file (.\SEPM\SAV.XML). I have also use the configuration wizard but still nothing. It is running on a Windows 2003 R3 fully pached.
