How to let users change their "Display Name" on outgoing emails from Outlook 2007 on Exchange 2007.

Users needs to change their display name on outgoing emails.  Using the "from:" field or the "display as" field in contacts does not work as emails always grab users "display name" from AD profile?  Is there a way to override this and let users change their display name on outgoing emails at-will?

Hi,
Answer is NO from Outlook. This will require permissions to be given to users. They should be able to change using ADUC and not use OAB as OAB replciates at intervals
