I don't know if this is user error or not, however, at times there are 2-3 copes of Outlook running at the same time. I do know there are problems with it not starting properly and the user clicking not once or twice but three times on the shortcut icon which causes this to happen. I'm told that the user is not doing this. Outlook for this user does not start when the computer is turned on. <br />

If anyone has had this problem or if you know of a solution it would be very helpful. <br />
