Incorrect unread index value in louts notes database.

My louts client sometimes will had incorrect unread index value next to the inbox.
There is a index number next to the inbox. And it always show 1 unread mail even i mark all mail to read.
How can i fix it? Thanks.
I am using lotus client 7.

It can happen for instance when you enabled archiving. Somehow, the unread-count isn't updated correctly when documents are removed from the database. It is a known issue, and I'm afraid there's very little you can do. I think it's solved in R8. By the way, I have the same problem...
