Smart Relay Question

Hi,
I have smart relay configured. All mail works except for the mail thatis trying to be delivered between exchange server. It sits in the queue to the other exchange server until i turn teh smart relay off.
Do i need another SMTP virtual server?

Couple of questions before I answer this one.
1) What version of Exchange are you using??
2) Is the Exchange Server part of your domain??
3) Is this server in the Internal Network or in a different Site??

Just by looking at your question.. I think you can use a Routing Group Connector or SMTP Virtual Server
