command to unlock NT domain account remotely

Domain accounts will locked out sometimes.
Is there any command can unlock it by using client computer? Such as telnet or net use...
The environment is NT4 Domain, 2000/XP clients.

net user TheUserName /active:yes

You will need domain admin privileges.
