IIS server not picking up the new compiled aspx/cs files

Hi:
   My IIS server is not picking up the new aspx/cs files that were compiled and deployed to the server. Please inform as to what may be causing this issue and what the investigative steps are ?

What version of the Framework are you running?

How were the files deployed?

Are you viewing the site through a proxy of some sort?
