Outlook 2007 hanging

We have about 200 users using Outlook 2007 of our Exchange 2007 server.  Outlook will hang when opening mail, sending, or synchronizing with the exchange server.  We have applied all published updates...any ideas?

How does web access perform?

OWA performance varies.  Client Access is installed on a different server though, but the data pull from the exchange server could have some issues.  OWA will hang when changing mail messages or folders sometimes around 5 seconds before the page is displayed.

Have you and Outlook 2003 to try? Running cached or not cached mode?
However if OWA is having problems too it's more likely the server.
Have you checked the recent changed in pagefile size:

I did try this still didn't help....tunrs out that disk firmware mismatch was causing write delays in my array on the exchange DB server...that was causing my issues.  Thanks for your help.
