Depends on what type of banner page it is: it could be a Windows 'separator page', or an LPD banner page.

If the print requests originate on a Windows system, separator pages may be generated by the driver; look up 'separator page' in the Windows Help system to find out how to switch these off.

LPD banner pages may be generated by the spooler/driver; this is more likely if the print requests originate on a *n*x system.
Switching these off may be as simple as using a '-o nobanner' option, or setting this as a default; how to do this may be different for the different *n*x variants.

An LPD banner page may also be generated by the printer itself; it can probably be switched off one of the front panel menu items (if the printer has front panel menus), or perhaps via the Embedded Web Server equivalent (for a network-connected device).
