Hello,
A while back before I started working at my current job, the old admin set up a user's emails to be also delivered to his yahoo address.  How can I stop exchange from doing this?

In your ADUC (Active Directory Users and Computers) look up the user, then on the exchange general tab you should find what you are looking for,
it is the delivery options button. click on that and you will find the forward.
