Zantaz EASOWA not working.

Hello All,

i'm looking for some assistance on getting my Autonomy/Zantaz EAS OWA Plugin working properly.

I recently built a brand new exchange server and installed the EAS OWA v6.1 client onto the server.  After moving my mailbox to this server to test everything out, I go into Outlook Web Access to verify everything works properly and the EAS Toolbar is available, but when i go to retrieve a message it does not retrieve, instead I get a page cannot be found.

I have attempted getting support from our vendor but they have not responded and after many phones call sw/ them their support still has not stepped up to assist me in getting this problem resolved.

It's hard to troubleshoot addins without the vendor's help, but let's see what we can do.  What is the address in the IE address bar when it says 'page cannot be found'?  Has the server name part of the URL changed at all?

thanks for the response, yes this is going to be difficult to troubleshoot w/out the vendor but I thought if i threw it out there, someone might figure it out.

When you click on the archived messaged via OWA, The web address does indeed change, the problem looks to be that the the com+ process is not processing and opening the message properly.

Does the server name part of the address ( i.e. the part immediately after http(s):// , but before any single / ) change?

i've figured it out.

the account needed to be a local administrator on the box.
