How to insert a null date into Paradox 5 date field.

I have the task of importing data retrieved from a Paradox 5 table into another database with the exact table. Now the problem is with a Date field in this table is set to 00/00/0000 (its a delete date). The BDE has no problems creating this record with the host application but now the issue for me is that using C# with an OLEdbConnection and issuing queries such as INSERT INTO test VALUES(1,'FirstName,'LastName','00/00/0000') gives me a 'Type mismatch' error.
I do not want to list the field names in the query.

Is there any way to do this in a query?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, i had tried that but was not working for me until now. Paradox is very finicky. Nothing but a headache to be honest...
