We accept invitaions of events dailey here. I have a user that is now a secretery to an orginization for work here. He needs to send out an invitaion and we would like end users to be able to accept the invitation and add to their Outllook calendar. Can someone suggest a pain free way of doing this?
Creating an event in your outlook and sending out won't work since it's going out to 400 end users
