Tagline Software work well with Exchange 2007

Hello Everyone, i am in the process of researching applications to handle very basic marketing taglines, disclaimers and uniform signatures for a group of apprixmately 125 users.

Ex. Exclaimer / DisClaimIT / GFI Essentials

Recently, we started adding a tagline to all outgoing messages via MS Exchange's (2007) transport rules.  It has been somewhat successful in that we were able to get a basic tagline.  However, we noticed that several receipients were unable to receive our mail because the tagline included a link to a webpage.

1.  has anyone run into a similiar problem with MS Exchange 2007 - and getting block as spam
2.  can anyone recommend the referenced tagline apps or any others

thanks in advance

aneuman2930,

1.  I have not seen this problem from anyone else
2. Many spam/virus filters let you put a tag line into an email check your existing AV software to see first.

Some other thoughts, do you have an SPF record setup.  That may help you minimize your chances of getting caught by a spam filter.  Also, make sure Rev DNS is setup correctly, and confirm that you're not on any blacklists.  Lastly, try taking the hyper link out of the tagline to confirm that it's the cause of the issue.
