Recieving error when attempting to open Multi-Tech Faxfinder client

Faxfinder is our Efax solution when attempting to open it we recieve the following error.......

I figured out this solution on my own today after months of searching.....

This error when the Client software is running on a computer with a dual monitor setup.  The error occurs when the task bar is dragged to the secondary monitor.
 
In a dual monitor setup, the task bar will have to be on the primary monitor for the Client software to operate correctly.
