While trying to deploy Citrix Provision Server 4.5 at our campus, we encounter problems and seek for technical support from both Citrix and Asiasoft HK (their sole agent in Hong Kong). Both of them waste us a lot of time without answering our questions. They simply have no knowledge about the products they are selling.
We want to seek for Complaints Emails Contacts of their Top Management, but are unable to search it from their website. Can anyone of you do me a favour and find a complaint channel for us?
