How do I change the meeting owner of a shared calendar (room ressource) as being the originator and not the room himself ?

Hello,

When we set a new meeting request in a shared calendar (room ressource) the answer of approval or deny is sent back to the room but not the user who settled up the appointment.

I do understand that it's maybe a question of delegates here (room delegates?) but the idea would be that only the originator of the meeting receives the answers.

Here is an article I wrote about how to setup the resource room

I used delegates today for a vacton calendar and only the initiator of the meeting gets the approval /deny message. I would need to know more about how you are booking and have everything setup to be able to repro what you are seeing.

Well it appears that in fact you have to book through your current agenda and not directly in the room. Doing it through the later way only gives you as a result of having the room of being the organizer thus receiving the infos.

I setting you as an acceptable answer, as even if you answer wasn't really related to the problem it's good a way to get through.
