DPM client install WMI NO_PARAM

I have two computers on our network that wont accept the client install from our DPM server. XP PRO SP3, DOTNETFX35, firewall is off, AV is disabled. Any suggestions?

Install protection agent on Eric.main.integrityengineering.int failed:
Error 346: DPM is unable to retrieve the configuration information from Eric.main.integrityengineering.int.
Error details: Call was canceled by the message filter
Recommended action: Ensure that the Windows Management Information (WMI) service NO_PARAM is started and is accessible from the DPM server.
