Did WDDiag provide an error code? &nbsp;Sometime the errors are software and not hardware related. &nbsp;The drive may still be usable. &nbsp;Also, most WD drives come with a 3 year warranty. &nbsp;With the error code you could have the drive replaced for free from WD.
