This is saying incorrect syntax near '/'

Cant see what im missing ?
DTSRun /S "ServerA" /U "sa" /P "password" /N "DTS - Fusion - Create User"

I must assume that you try to run that as SQL statement, but it needs to be run as Dos Command statement.

this is being run from sql agent 2005 as cmd step

but im getting that error message and it looks fine to me

it wasnt running as cmd mode !
