Hi,
Does anybody know how to schedule an SQL Profiler Trace, save to File?
Or how to automatically start a trace when an event occurs such Transactions / Sec > 10?

Yep.  Here is what you do...create your trace in profiler like you would when you run it by hand.  Export the trace definition to a file.  Take what is in that file and create a stored procedure.  Have SQL server run that stored proc on startup.
