Just-In-Time error

An unhandled win32 exception occured in iexploror.exe [2732]. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error. No installed debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enabled. In Visual Studio, Just-In-Time debugging can be enabled from Tools/Options/Debugging/Just-In-Time.

PC does not have Visual Studio and I have run two different virus scans,Malwarebytes,Registry Mechanic.
No help  only happens on two web sites www.medilexcon.com and www.rxlist.com
