JPadel French characters rendering

I got a PDF which contains some French characters in Arial font, like ÈÉÊËÒÓÔÕÖÙÚÛÜ. If I loaded into Adobe Reader, it's perfect. But if I rendered the PDF with JPadel, all accents are disappeared. Noticed this only occurs for upper case characters. If it's lower case like é, the accents are still there.

Any help?

JPedal does have some packages that appear to possibly be capable of doing what you want.
