We are running XP SP2 and Office 2002.<br />

When the user tries to print an email that is plain text, Outlook crashes and asks to send info to Microsoft. Any other format will print fine. I was able to print in Notepad without any issues.<br />

I attempted a detect and repair but it did not make a difference.
