Outlook Errors When Printing Plain Text Emails

We are running XP SP2 and Office 2002.

When the user tries to print an email that is plain text, Outlook crashes and asks to send info to Microsoft. Any other format will print fine. I was able to print in Notepad without any issues.

I attempted a detect and repair but it did not make a difference.

Hello detect and repair tend not to really do anything. I would suggest making sure that you have the most recent office patches. If that doesn't work I would also try totally uninstalling Outlook/Office and reinstalling it.

You can also try creating a new Outlook profile from the mail applet in the Control panel. Give some of those suggestions a shot and keep us updated.
