I have e.g.  a user with name Rob Smart  how to force in setup on server that receiver will see in mailbox in
not like now  Rob Smart ,   and only when he clicks on line in mailbox in  while scrolling  rob@bvvdisp.nl
but like:             Rob Smart  (Bvvh Disp) ,   rob@bvvdisp.nl
meaning  without changing his real name getting this extra info

You would have to add or remove that item from the Display Name field in the user account properties with ADUC.

you will need time for all of the changes to replicate, and your users will have to get the updated GAL, so this could take over night, unless you force the gal update on users.
