Email communications between domains

Hi,

There is a situation were  userX@A-domain.com is sending an email to userY@B-domain.com and vise versa.  On both ends, the emails look like they are going through but they are not being received at all.  On both ends, there is no bounce back email reporting spam or any errors.  Any Ideas what is going on here?

Enable message tracking on your Exchange server, then send again, and track the message using the message tracking feature.

Start Exchange System Manager and display the properties of the server on which you want to enable message tracking.
On the General tab, select the Enable message tracking check box.
To track the subject line for each message, in addition to envelope information, such as To, From, and Date Sent, select the Enable subject logging and display check box.

ok,

Message tracking was already enabled.  I checked the log and found the email address in question.  How can I determine if the message was received by looking at the log?
