I am trying to forward a message to a group in my Outlook 2007 contacts.  When I hit send I get the message "an unexpected orror has occured" and the message does not send.

I have tried updating the group. I have also deleted the group and recreated it with the same name but same error message.  This is not happening with other groups.

any ideas?

It could be two things:  The group you are sending to is nonexistent in your contacts list or rarely it is caused by the spaces within a group name.

An alternative solution that has seemed to work before as well is to type the group name directly in the To line rather than going to contacts.

Make sure to double check your groups!

If none of the above work, do you have any symantec products installed (i.e. Norton)?
