MS published their Infrastructure Update for MS Project Server 2007 (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/953750) on mid July 2008. I want to know whether this update contains all or any prior hotfixes.

We have MS project Server 2007 with SP1. We have not installed any hotfixes so far but want to install the Infrastructure Update plus some prior hotfixes. But if it already contains certain or all prior hotfixes we can avoid doing this. The hot fixes in question are listed below:

Microsoft Product Manager indicated to me that the IU did not contain all previous hot fixes but that the Aug 2008 Cumulative Update did. The following blog discussed this and the IU and the order in which to install them.
