Hi

do you see any errors in the windows event during the same time. What is the version of arcserve you are running and what is the version of OS and SP level on it.

did this job run successfully ever or is this a new job. If the same was running fine what has changed in between the day when it was working and when it finally stopped working.

Any changes includes hardware, windows updates and passwords.
