Mailbox is locked by POP Server

Hello,

I have a Virtual Dedicated Server with GoDaddy and one of my clients is unable to delete e-mails through webmail. (She's also receiving an uncontrollable amount of spam and receives messages late.) This is only happening to her though, none of my other clients and I myself am not having this problem with the POP server.

When I go to delete a message through SquirrelMail, this is the message I get:

ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: EXPUNGE
Reason Given: Mailbox is locked by POP server

If you can provide some help that'd be great. Thank you very much,

Hello,

I think I have cyrus and I tried restarting it, no change.

I've restart my whole server a couple of times since this has happened.

Where is the config information for each domain stored? Maybe this will help solve the mystery.

Here's some lines from the /var/log/maillog regarding this account:

Oct 21 03:23:25 ip-72-167-29-146 lmtpunix[7898]: IOERROR: fstating sieve script /var/lib/imap/sieve/domain/r/rememberwell.net/h/heather/defaultbc: No such file or directory

I have several domains on this server - but this is the only one that has the IOERROR on it - any idea why?

Also, these e-mails keep repeating themselves. It's like spam making spam again and again.
