Hi,
I have data that appears in a cell as "Employee Name: Bloggs, Joe
I use a formula to extract the name only (MID(<CELLREF>,15,25) as the names can be variable.  This gives me the result in a cell showing Bloggs, Joe
is there a formula I could use that would extract the name from the cell in the following format: Joe Bloggs

Hi

Try

=RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND(",",A1)-1)&" "&MID(A1,(FIND(":",A1)+2),((FIND(",",A1)-(FIND(":",A1)+2))))

Assuming the data's in cell a1

Regards
