Create a bootable USB Hard drive with XP Install

Have a 4gig usb hard drive that I want to take and put the windows xp installation cd on it to install on another computer, (don't need to use nlite as I'm not trying to streamline anything), what is the simplest way to do this.

Create a reatogo bootable .iso then get a copy of PE2USB and convert it to USB, then you will have a full working Windows XPPE Environment on your USB Drive
