Combined Flex and Java Web Project

Can anyone provide any examples or suggest how to organise a combined Java Web and Flex(Builder) based project, so I can deploy my Flex and the backed Java services/servlets in one project and deploy with one WAR file.

You could use the standard "maven" directory structure for the server side and standard flex builder structure for the client. e.g.

project root
- server
  - src
    - main
      - java
      - resources
      - webapp
    - test
      -...
- client
  - src
- build
- dist

Your ant scripts could then compile everything and assemble the .war in the dist directory.

Personally, I wouldn't go for the client/server combined project though. I know that in the end it all comes down to personal preference BUT given the fact that Flex Builder can get too slow on its own combined with how unpredictable eclipse can get when too many plugins kick in does it for me.
