Install WinInstall LE 2003

I am trying to install the free version of WinInstall LE 2003 on my server and I keep receiving the following error after I have entered my company details:
"Sending of registration information failed. the command completed successfully. (0)"

can anyone help?

Use the older version - or use a real email address and domain

i did......

solved it now.....phoned winInstall and registration server is off

need to unplug network cable
