i can get over this mesage , page cannot be refreshed.

Hello,
I have a php page that i am testing with in easyphp and on internet explorer the problem that each time i try to refresh this page it give that i canot refresh the page without sending the information , although i am not using any post on it i try to remove each part alone to check where problem it still occurred if i empty the page completely when refresh IE still giving me this problem even when deleting the cash !
very weird problem how can i solve it , thanks.
