I have Backup Exec installed in one office and Backup Exec n another. I want to be able to connect to the media server from one office to the other.

I tried going to NETWORK > CONNECT TO MEDIA SERVER.
Then I use the WAN IP address of the remote network.
I saw on the web that backup exec uses port 10000, so I opened on firewall to point to server.

I must be missing something because. when I click connect, it says "No network provider accepted the given network path"

I am running backup exec 10 on both and windows server 2003
