Adtran Nevanta 3200 Point to Point Setup

I am setting up a point to point system with two Adtran NetVanta 3200's. If i put a crossover cable between them will they talk to each other to test the setup?

If you use a T1 crossover, yes.
An ethernet crossover swaps the orange and green pairs on one end (other end standard 568B)
A T1 crossover swaps the orange and blue pairs on one end (other end is standard 568B)
