Why is Symantec Endpoint Blocking Remote Access To Server?

A while ago, we installed and setup Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 on one of our corporates server (SBS03). Recently, one of their clients cannot remotely login anymore. We narrowed it down to when we disable endpoint, we can now successfully login. We've gone through the settings and other forums but can figure it out. can anyone please help??? Thanks

There are a number of problems with installing Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 on an SBS.  I generally recommend that you don't do it.  But if you have you need to be aware of the issues:

Yeah, since this we've realized that. Any suggestions on another program similar to endpoint that would be better to use with in sbs2003?
