Is there anyway we can force an IPhone to synchronise a public folder containing all our companys Clients numbers/email addresses etc, as well as syncing with their own contacts folder in outlook containing any personal contact records.
There must be a way of doing this but cannot see from searching the web so far.

The iPhone can only sync Inbox, Calendars and Contacts from a mailbox via Activesync. You would need to add the company contacts to the personal contacts folder of the user in order to have them sync to the phone

Import them into active directory as contacts. If they are in your global address list, they will show up in iPhone.

Thanks for the replies - Will try a test in active directory to see how it is.
