first off, thank you for reading my question

i have a client whose outlook 2003 inbox will not stay sorted according to date.
it keeps sorting it by sender.
we have tried setting default view, that makes no difference.
she is set up using IMAP to an Linux box running Apache (Tomcat) with Squirrel mail (for webmail clients).
we do have an oracle connector for outlook 10g (oracle calendar only)

of course if you need more info just ask!

thank you,

Have you tried:

Start, Run, type outlook.exe /cleanviews

That will restore default views. All custom views you created are lost.
