hi there; i would like to add an 16px x16px favicon ico to my website so that it will appear at 16x16 in the address bar and, when the user drags it to their desktop as a shortcut, it appears in a higher resolution (perhaps 32x32).  i've made several resolutions and it's my understanding that i can bundle them into one ico file.  my question is, how would i go about doing this?

thanks in advance.

Use a program like this.

Newera IconCool Studio.

It packs ICO in different resolutions.

If you use Photoshop, this is a great free plug-in that will let you generate multiple resolutions into one ICO file:
