Basically you need accomplish the following
1. a network object (Network -> Address objects) for your Internal SSH server (the server listens on port 22)
2. a service object ( Firewall -> Services) for port 22
3. a NAT rule to translate from your public IP to prinvate IP (of that server) for that service
4. a firewall rule to allow access for that service.
