I am using SecureCRT 5.5 and I have connected to my Pix firewall, once I connect its asking me for a password but I cannot type one in because my keyboard doesn't work, Can someone please help me get my keyboard to work so I can config my PIX firewall

cannot use keyboard in SecureCRT when connected to PIX firewall
