Which NotesSQL version are you using?
Have you set up NotesSQL Authentication List Manager?

Do you have some other application using the NotesSQL driver at the same time (e.g. MS SQL server or other RDBMS)?
Apparently it doesn't support multi threading, only one client at the time (the first one locks it).

so i closed it and reun the sint witout debuging, and i got the folowing error.

Well, I renounce...
Using notesSQL with ASP.net is too tricky, and too slow. Maybe it s our database that is slow, but it s unusable in a web form.

I decided to make a "transfer" app in Access to insert/update the notes data into the SQL database that power my ASP.NET website. That "transfer" app will be run on demand or something like this.

Anyway, i decided to award you the points, since you gave me a solution for the specific error in the question; it was really a matter of multi threading. Closing visual web developer get me rid of that error.
The fact i got another after that and i decided to not pursue this way is another matter.
