My CFO never wants to receive a response to any meeting request he sends out via Outlook 2003. Is there a way to turn off the Request Responses option in Outlook 2003 permanently?

If he sets up a delegate and the delegate manages his meeting requests, he can check the send all meeting requests and responses to the delegate and not to me.

Will the meeting reponses go only to the delegate?

Yes. Of course you have to set up the delegate to receive copies of meeting-related messages sent to me before you can check the box. Otherwise, it's grayed out.
