What Server platform?  What clients?
What do you mean by "disable"?  Specific SSIDs or the whole device?

Single Purpose Policy Settings - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc135654.aspx

See the 'Platform Lockdown' section.

Found a separate solution that works utilizing devcon,  Most of the systems are Dells and I wanted to disable all wireless.

Used devcon to pull up a device id and this has worked on every dell i've tried:

devcon disable PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4328&SUBSYS_000A1028&REV_03

Yeah, the Turn Off Wireless LAN option in Platform Lockdown turns it off whether they're Dells or not and whether that Device Instance ID matches or not.

e.g. here's the wirless card in the Dell I'm on right now: PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_001B&SUBSYS_132910CF&REV_01\4&139E449D&0&18F0
