Can't figure this one out. What is error 11?

I am working on a PC, and it is giving errors. The one that concernes me is in the event log. It says system error (disk). In the event log itself it is Event: 11 " The driver detected a controller error \Device\Harddisk2\D

To me it looks like your secondary master IDE hard drive controller gave an error.
