We have the need to record a GoToMeeting session. I know that we could use headsets and record via the integrated VoIP, or record teleconferencing audio if using GoToMeeting's integrated teleconferencing service. I have read the UG's from GoToMeeting on those options. With that said two questions:<br />

How would I best be able to record the audio and video if we were trying to use a third party teleconferencing service like AT&amp;T's, and without buying an in-line recorder? Is there third-party software that can resolve this and has an easy to use GUI and is fairly simple to configure?

What software can I use to record BOTH audio and video of a GoToMeeting conference if we are using third party teleconferencing services?

IP telephony (Internet Protocol telephony) is a general term for the technologies that use the Internet Protocol's packet-switched connections to exchange voice, fax, and other forms of information that have traditionally been carried over the dedicated circuit-switched connections of the public switched telephone network (PSTN). Using the Internet, calls travel as packets of data on shared lines, avoiding the tolls of the PSTN. The challenge in IP telephony is to deliver the voice, fax, or video packets in a dependable flow to the user.
